network that started in November 2000 and promotes Permeable Reactive Barrier

with participants from industry, academia, consulting

are our aims and objectives?

- To
increase awareness amongst the industrial and scientific community
with regards PRB technology, its use and application.
- To
establish a communication framework for the exchange of ideas and technology
relating to PRBs and internet marketing
- To
identify areas within PRB technology which require further research
and to facilitate knowledge transfer and collaborative links to encourage
this research.
- To
bring together an inter-disciplinary group of people who are interested
in groundwater contamination and remediation technologies.
- To
increase awareness amongst the general public about groundwater contamination
and remediation technologies.
- To
advance the transfer of technology between academia and industry.
- To
assist the dissemination of information throughout the scientific
community.
